Description
This three bedroom home is beautiful and comfortable…..the rooms are large and light with an open feeling.  A great place for family gatherings or just the two of you.  The living room  offers a wood burning fireplace.  The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy an ocean view through the trees.  The dining table will comfortably seat eight people.  There is a Queen in each of two bedrooms and two twins in the other.   The wrap around deck with a gas barbeque, outdoor furniture and more ocean views will add to the enjoyment of your stay.

1-2 Guests $150 Daily / $900 Weekly

3-4 Guests $200 Daily / $1,200 Weekly
5-6 Guests $250 Daily / $1,500 Weekly

Booking Policies:
A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $242.51 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $442.51 for bookings over $600. A bounced checks will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.
Cancellation Policies:
On cancellations made outside of 30 days before arrival, you will lose all of the deposit. For cancellations made inside of 30 days before arrival, you will lose half of the total booking charge.
Pets:
On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
