Truly a place to retreat and repair.
This Villa offers three bedrooms, with six fireplaces. The kitchen is up to gourmet standards, completely appointed with utensils, glassware and dinnerware to accommodate up to 8 guests. Marble and mahogany accents, Decor appliances, full marble island with cook top and bar seating, and Butler's pantry with wine rack. Completely designed with entertaining and meal preparation in mind.
Each bedroom has a beautiful view, and fireplace. The master has a king bed, and a jetted tub and luxurious shower in the master bath. The other bedrooms have queen beds, and fireplaces, with exquisite views, and baths. The living area is stunning with floor to ceiling view windows, to the water, and beautiful landscaping.
The home has a three car garage, and outdoor covered gazebo with built in barbeque, and heat lamps for outdoor dining.
Each home has a washer & dryer, convertible beds (3) for more guests, linens, & towels, cable/satellite TV, with large screen television. DVD player, surround sound stereo system in bedrooms and living room. And if just enjoying the home isn't quite enough, the local area offers visits to Hearst Castle, sightseeing, wine tasting, kayaking, fishing, surfing, biking, hiking, and of course visits to Cambria, where you'll find wonderful restaurants, antique shops, Moonstone Beach, and lots of fun distractions.

1. CHECK-IN
TIME: After 3:00 p.m. LOCATION: 683 MAIN STREET - CAMBRIA.
LATE or EARLY check-in
may be made by arrangement only.
2. CHECK-OUT
TIME: By 11:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
UPON DEPARTURE: Please follow
the directions outlined in your check-in agreement.
3. RATES: All rental prices are quoted on a daily
or weekly basis and do not include applicable tax and fees. A
11% Bed Tax is applicable to all homes in Cambria. There is a $10 additional nightly rate for pet friendly homes, when you bring a pet. RENTAL
WEEK: Any consecutive 7-day period. The weekly rate is calculated
at 6 times the daily rate - 1 day is free. A $39.00 processing fee is required on all reservations. Rates
and terms are subject to change without notice. Some properties
have seasonal rates. Please check with the office for details.
4. CLEANING: Cleaning is charged as an extra and payable prior
to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning
charges will be charged to your credit card on file.
5. PAYMENTS: Make all checks payable to Scenic Coast Properties. A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $250 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $450 for bookings over $600.
PERSONAL CHECKS: Must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. $30
fee for any returned checks.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance of arrival date, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel your
reservation within 60 days of arrival date, you will lose your entire
deposit.
6. OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS: Occupancy MUST NOT EXCEED number stated in either
the occupancy agreement or the description of each rental unit. NO
LARGE PARTIES PERMITTED IN ANY HOMES UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED
WITH MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
HOUSE
PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED at any of our homes. Should
you misrepresent your group or gather too many
people not registered at the home we can deny
occupancy. In this case, NO REFUND will be
given.
SHARING A VACATION HOME: If you
are vacationing with another family or families and plan to share
a vacation home
or book more than one home, please make sure
all parties are aware of the rental policies. In particular,
those policies
regarding pets and smoking.
7. FURNISHINGS: PLEASE DO NOT rearrange any furnishings.
8. PETS: A
$25 additional cleaning fee is required on all properties that allow pets. Several local pet kennels are in
town for your convenience.
9. KEYS: Will be provided to the property upon check-in
and must be returned to our office on checkout day. A
$5 fee will be charged on all LOST KEYS.
10. SMOKING: Please DO NOT SMOKE inside any of the properties. Smoking
is permitted on balconies, decks or porches ONLY.
11. REPAIRS: PLEASE notify our office IMMEDIATELY should anything in the home
break or need attention. Every effort will be made
to correct any needed repairs as soon as possible.
12. TELEPHONES: Unlimited local calls only. NO long distance phone usage is permitted. Please provide
your own credit card or purchase a pre-paid phone card to place
long distance calls. Long distance is defined as any prefix except
- 927 - 924 - 926. A $10 service fee,
plus any toll charges, will apply on long distance calls.
DISCLAIMER: Scenic
Coast Properties shall not be held responsible for damage
or injury to tenant/s or any other person/s - guest/s; Agent
will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or
other damages to tenant/s or guest/s personal property that may
occur on any property or any part thereof, or in common areas
thereof. Tenant/s agree to hold agent and owner/s harmless for
any claims of damage or injury no matter how caused. Every
effort will be made to honor your reservation, but please understand
there are some situations beyond our control. Should
the property be unavailable for any reason, Scenic Coast Property
Management reserves the right to relocate you to another similar
property or refund your deposit. SCENIC COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TENANCY.
