This is a fully furnished, beautiful 3 bedroom home, built in the 30's, with hardwood floors, a beautiful fenced in yard, and gorgeous ocean views. It will be available for the summer months of June, July and August only. Perfect for a family with children to get to know the neighborhoods of Cambria, and perhaps decide where they would like to buy a home. Located on Park Hill, close to Shamel Park, the upper ranch trails of the Fiscalini Ranch, and the West Village of Cambria.

Rates: 
$2,000 per month

Available for the summer months of June, July and August only.

Security Deposit - We require a $1000 security deposit, and a credit card on file which is due at the time of booking for our monthly rentals.  This is to cover any damage to the premises or personal property, excessive cleaning, or excessive water use or cancellation fee of $500. Water is scarce here in Cambria, so please use it sparingly. An itemized deduction statement will be sent to you with the refund, within 30 days of your departure.

All our Homes are non-smoking.

Our housekeeping staff is available for cleaning throughout your stay, at the rate of $20 per hour. Many of our homes provide internet access. Be sure to check with us when booking a home. Telephone use is restricted to local calls only. A calling card is required for local toll, and long distance calls.

Booking Policies:
A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $1000 is due at time of booking, unless arrival date is within 7 days, then payment in full is due at booking. The balance is due and payable within 30 days of your arrival.  You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges). No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied. 

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation fee is $500. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. If cancellation is made within 30 of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total rent for your booking.
