This home is worthy of it's name, perched on the southern hill of the Fiscalini Ranch. The views from this home are amazing, of both the ocean and the forest. The living room is large and spacious with a wood burning fireplace, vaulted open beam ceilings and lots of windows. It's reminiscent of a Colorado Ski lodge.  The decor is from all over the world, wall hangings from Africa, and Indonesia, and artifacts from all over the world. There are two master bedrooms, one with a pellet stove and large screen television. The other one has a deck, and a sunken bath tub and bidet. A hot
tub waits just outside of the master.  The grounds of the property offer an herb garden, fruit trees, koi pond, planting shed, and outdoor seating to take in the views at anytime of the day. There is a partially enclosed sunroom adjacent to the kitchen perfect for morning meals and reading the paper. Downstairs there are two separate rooms, one set up for a workout with a bow flex, the other for crafts, & sewing. In addition to all of this, there is a completely self-contained studio above the 2 car garage, with
it's own kitchen, bathroom, patio and seating. This home is perfect for a couple who can work away from home, and have family or friends visit occasionally. There is access to the Ranch from the border fences. This home is pet friendly with an extra security deposit.

MONTHLY Policies CLEANING Cleaning is charged as an extra and payable prior to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning charges will be charged to your security deposit. Security Deposit A Security Deposit is required of $1000.00, and a credit card on file. This is to cover any damage to the premises or personal property, excessive cleaning, or excessive use of utilities. The combined total of gas, electric, and water for a month is not to exceed $200.00, any amount over $200.00 will be considered excessive. Guest liability is not limited to $1000.00. Water is scarce here in Cambria, so please use it sparingly. An itemized deduction statement will be sent to you with the refund, within 30 days of your departure. Policies Payment Options: MasterCard / Visa, Traveler's Check, Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Check, Money Order. Check-in 3p.m. / Check-out 11a.m. unless previously arranged. All our Homes are non-smoking. Our housekeeping staff is available for cleaning throughout your stay, at the rate of $20 per hour. Many of our homes provide internet access. Be sure to check with us when booking a home. Telephone use is restricted to local calls only. A calling card is required for local toll, and long distance calls. Booking Policies: A $39 processing fee and a cleaning fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $1000 is due at time of booking, unless arrival date is within 7 days, then payment in full is due at booking. The balance is due and payable within 30 days of your arrival.  You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges). No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.  Cancellation Policies: Cancellation fee is $500. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. If cancellation is made within 30 of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total rent for your booking. Disclaimer: If the property you've booked should become unavailable for any reason, Scenic Coast Property Management will try to relocate you to a similar property or refund your full deposit.
