Description
A gracious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Marine Terrace home, just a stroll from the tide pools. Decks offer a blue water ocean view and the back yard hosts the hot tub. The large master suite is a place for total relaxation. With a vaulted ceiling, a wonderful four poster bed and a comfy sitting area bathed in light from the clerestory windows. Wash your cares away in the deep Jacuzzi tub while enjoying the sound of the surf. Romantic touches like floral adornments on the wall and lots of pillows are found throughout this pleasant home. In addition, each bedroom has its own unique style along with its own TV and VCR. Breakfast in the warm glassed in sun room in the morning and BBQ on the back deck in the afternoon. A full kitchen is at your disposal for anything else you might want. A wood burning stove takes the chill off of the coastal nights. You will savor your stay at 'Romanza' and long to return often.

Booking Policies:
A $30 processing fee is required on each reservation. Deposit of $232.70 at time of booking. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 9%and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.
Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation fee is $87.20. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
