A Whale Watcher

We enjoyed the stunning views and could see the whales from the view. The home is decorated beautifully, and the kitchen has quality cookware and dishes. We will be returning in October, finger crossed!

Love the house, perfect location. We like to cook and this is very well stocked. Hard to imagine a place with better ocean views.

Property was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. Incredible view, well stocked kitchen with anything you’d need utensils, etc, and an incredible view.

I didn’t realize there was a email with the code for touchl less entry, so I went inside. The property management staff made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Nothing overt just not friendly or welcoming. Possibly having a bad day.

The house was fantastic. It was clean and had great views. The description doesn't say what size beds are so for your information the main bedroom has a King. The other two bedrooms have full/double. The deck off the living room had very comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely recommend this house and hope I can come back again.

This is really a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Large deck with comfortable furniture to watch sunsets and just relax and watch the ocean. Kitchen is very well stocked and we found it easy to cook in. We were two couples who used the bedroom with a king bed and the bedroom with a queen bed. Both have magnificent ocean views and comfortable beds. Close to Fiscalini and close to town. I would rent this house again.

The perfect house for a family vacation with a gorgeous view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal for your family. We enjoyed visiting several wineries in the area. The house is within walking distance to Fiscalini Ranch. We could see whales from the balcony and hear the waves at night.

This was our 2nd year renting this home and we already booked it for next year. Perfect home for our annual girlfriends retreat. Wonderful views of the ocean. Great upstairs movie room. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to ocean. Comfortable beds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. The view is outstanding and we enjoyed sitting on the patio with a bottle of wine enjoying the sunset each night. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The owners have decorated beautifully and the entire home is very clean. The only inconvenience was that our full size truck would not fit in the garage so we had to be creative in parking it in the very small driveway in order to be off the street.

This was the best home we could have chosen for our CA vacation! Four adults (and a few days 6) fit wonderfully into this beautiful home. The place was immaculate and extremely well stocked, as many other reviewers have mentioned. The views from the decks are very impressive. It was all we could do not to just sit out there all the time. We visited in mid-September and the weather was perfect. I did alot of research and comparison before choosing this home and it paid off very well. We've already decided to come back to the area again, and specifically to this home. One couple was visiting from St. Louis, MO and the other from Los Angeles area. The proximity to not only the sites along the coast but also the wineries in Paso Robles can't be beat. Nothing was more than an hour drive. Thank you for offering this beautiful home for rent!!

Annual trip with 2 long time friends. Friendly and helpful management team. Very clean home. Excellent location, walkable to ocean, and ocean views from many windows. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with lovely dishware. Loved the separate TV room.

This is a phenomenal property- in every respect; the location, the condition and the amenities provided are all top-notch. Literally, the moment you walk in your stress level will tank. Everything in terms of the accommodations is well-thought-out, so that all you'll need to do is relax and enjoy as if you were at home.

Nice location with good views of the ocean. The beds are very comfortable as well as the other parts of the house. The knocks are, the forced air heating can be loud and the controls on the oven are confusing.

Check in/out was a breeze! The house was perfect! It was so incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we could possibly need. Location was awesome. The view was breathtaking. It was such a perfect spot.

We loved this house so much that we didn't want to leave. The views were breathtaking from the house! We loved hanging out on the deck, watching the ocean during the day and stargazing at night. This house is located in the best neighborhood in Cambria, in my opinion. It is less than 5 min walk to the beautiful Fiscanili Ranch Preserve and beach. We enjoyed seeing deer roaming around in the neighborhood. We can't wait to come back to this house.

We have stayed at this house multiple times and plan to repeat as often as we can. This House has beautiful views, is spacious, clean with comfortable furniture and a well stocked upgraded kitchen. The garage can park two cars, but it is extremely tight (the owners could move out some stored furniture to make it a bit more spacious).

I have been going to Cambria for years, but this house beat all of the ones I've rented. It was spotlessly clean and had a kitchen well equipped (except for a ladle!). The views were terrific and the beds most comfortable. A real winner!

I have rented many houses in Cambria and this is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. The views are breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the deck did not disappoint. The home is comfortable and very well stocked. We did have to be careful not to get locked out- the front automatically locks and could not be unlocked, even with a key. Be sure to have the garage door opener with you ;)

Locks aside, we enjoyed our stay and will return!

We visited in November for a 6 day getaway. The house was wonderful. Great kitchen for cooking and beautiful views for relaxing. Not much to do with the stay at home order in place but we didn’t mind at all!

Loved every minute while staying at this property. Extremely clean, well stocked and couldn’t have had better views. Location is wonderful and you can sit out in the deck all day just watching the ocean.

The upstairs living is bright and airy with outstanding ocean views. There is a nice sized deck with seating. The position of the house allows for open blinds - and that view - the entire day without the house heating up - often an issue with Cambria homes. An upper loft area hosts comfy sofas and a new large television. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of counter space and a large pantry with room to store your groceries. Downstairs layout is ideal for a family. The master suite has an ocean view, walk in closet, double sinks and shower with an ocean view. The other (2) bedrooms - one of them with an ocean view - share a bath off a common hallway. That bath has a new full sized washer and dryer in a closet. Load in and out is very easy with access directly from the garage. Location is near trails and the beach in the Marine Terrace neighborhood where you often see wildlife. Booking was easy and agents were friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous and relaxing stay and can't wait to come again!

Great vacation rental house. Loved the sweeping ocean view from the large deck and the entire upper level living area. This might be the best equipped rental house kitchen I've experienced. Very clean and recently updated furniture and decor. It's a great place.

Wonderful stay, beautiful area and beautiful house

We have rented Whale Watcher for about five years. We have family and friends in the area.. it has a great view and is always clean when we arrive. Last year we said that the loft needed a better tv and they got one. Management is always friendly and helpful.

The house does not look like a rental property, its richly and very tastefully decorated, with very large common areas and mesmerizing panoramic ocean views. Everything we used was in good working order. Walking distance from dozens of trails. Ideal for 2-3 couples.

My family of four stayed five days at this location over Christmas. The house is fully equipped and full of light. The views from the deck are spectacular. We enjoyed the four block walk to hiking trails and the beach.

We have stayed here durung the summer for five the last five years and enjoy the view and location. It has recently been painted inside and out. We would enjoy having a newer larger tv in the loft.
