This is a comfy house that is very convenient. Don't miss going up on the roof! You can see the ocean, and it's great for catching the sunsets.

Overall great location and nice house. Only downside is that I was informed the hot tub wouldn't be functional as the heat pump broke and needed to be replaced. Luckily they informed me the day before it would be functional. Unfortunately it wasn't functional which was disappointing. I had asked if they would be willing to have the owner extend a discount (I realize there is no obligation to do so) but I didn't hear back from them before I checked out. I think that would have been a nice gesture as the hot tub was key selling point in renting this property.

Home has everything you need. Jacuzzi is a nice bonus for after hiking, biking, or surfing. Neighborhood is super quiet and deer hang out in the yard. Great place to stay 10/10

Good house to enjoy Cambria and the sea side from. Quite possibly the best of many we have stayed in.

A group of 5 of us stayed at Dolphin Dreams and it suited our group perfectly. We had an issue with the downstairs bathroom by the management company took care of it. House is well kept even if dated and the location is excellent!

This is the second time we have rented this home. Its a great location and house. We went with my kids and grandson,. We had a wonderful time and cant wait to go again.

The property is specious and bright.Kitchen is well equipped. The nearby Fiscalini Ranch Preserve trail is super, carpeted with wild flowers in June, very relaxing.

The home was clean and updated, however the layout was poor. Very limited views of the ocean and the hot tub was on the roof with no privacy put into place. A nice place if you're not there for the window views.

We spent a long weekend exploring and relaxing with our two kids. Such a wonderful location, a block from tide pooling, elephant seals, great bike rides, and relaxing. We will absolute come back!

We had a great trip! House was very clean. Are only issue was there was no instructions on the jacuzzi and it took a long time to heat up. The display on the jacuzzi was confusing and we had concerns if we had turned it off. Management company was helpful but their lock to lockbox was difficult to open.

Very clean, nice views, close to water. I do wish that that the rental company would use a more updated system for retrieving keys/checking in. The lock is hard to work and I’m sure it’s troublesome for many people. The only minor issue with the property was no TV because the network had been disconnected from the internet and we had no instructions as to how to connect it. It was not a big deal since we don’t watch much Tv and it was a short stay.

Our family enjoyed our time in Cambria. The home was lovely and the walks in nearby Fiscalini were great with dolphin sightings almost daily.

Away from Moonstone and the main drag

Overall very pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Neighborhood was quiet. Very close to Fiscalini. Kitchen was well equipped, though the occasional ants were annoying. The barbecue did not cook well, since it had difficulty getting to 400 degrees. Family room fiurniture was not very comfortable

This is a wonderful vacation rental-the house is gorgeous and the view from the roof and balconies is incredible. The property was extremely well maintained and very clean when we arrived except for ants, which were present and occasionally showed up in significant numbers. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and all the appliances worked perfectly and were clean and quite nice. The hot tub on the roof is fabulous and really makes the house unique and worth it. All the beds, bedding, towels, were great!

My only complaint would be the TV set up. The TV is quite small and there is only cable, no streaming services that we would have signed in to. We would have liked to watch movies at night with our kids, but the current TV just didn't lend itself to that. Other than that, it really was a great rental and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The best location in town. We love it.

Peaceful-This home's location is perfect for a peaceful, stress-free getaway. The neighborhood is so quiet that we saw several families of deer on our daily walks.

Pristine - Clean is an understatement. From the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, hot tub, and outdoor furniture, this home is immaculate.

Practical - The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Bathrobes were supplied, which came in handy for the hot tub. Some books, games and a puzzle were on hand (I plan to add to them next time I come.) They even had beach chairs in the garage that we could have used. All in all, they thought of just about everything.

Paradise - It doesn't get much better than watching the sun set over the ocean from a hot tub! Between this magnificent feature and the proximity to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and the ocean, we felt like we experienced a little slice of paradise during our four night stay.

One more item I would like to add is the central location this property has to numerous day trips: Morro Bay, Cayucos, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, and Big Sur are just a few options. San Simeon, the Elephant Seal Rookery, Downtown Cambria, Linn's Farm, and local wineries are perfect for part-day jaunts.

I highly recommend "A Dolphin Dreams by the Sea" and I look forward to coming again.

Scenic Coast was wonderful to work with. This home is in a perfect location, especially if you love walking on Fiscalini trails. It is on block from trail and a short walk to a rocky beach. The home was exceptional clean and kitchen stocked for those who like to cook. There is a nice patio off the kitchen with a gas grill. The spa on the roof top is sparkling clean and heated up nicely. I would have to say that was my favorite place in the house, the roof top with a beautiful views. We would definitely rent this home again.

The only downside was the the constant rain, but even so being able to cuddle up by the fireplace and read while listening to the rain was a treat. Office staff were great too. Highly recommended

We loved our time at the Dolphin Dreams by the Sea home. The house is filled with light and the layout of the furniture inviting and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with more than what we needed for our brief story. The location was ideal as it was close to town but also close to the Fiscalini Reserve. I loved walking along the well maintained trails and hear the surf. The roof top spa was great for relaxing and star gazing in the evening. We definitely enjoyed our time in this little bit of paradise.

House was very clean, good location. Some small problems like missing light bulbs, kitchen sink drinking water filter not working (they did bring us several gallons of water), jacuzzi that took 24 hours to heat up from 80 to 100 degrees. The one thing I would change is I would swap out the one small older television for a new larger screen tv. All in all our stay was relatively pleasant.

My husband and I along with a couple friends cane to cambria for a vintage bike ride and event. The Location was awesome. 3 min walk to the ocean side and beach access- perfect spot to watch the sunset. 5 min to a beautiful nature preserve with a mile long boardwalk along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. It was stunning. It’s also a short 5-10 min drive to all the restaurants on Main Street and Moonstone beach. We ended up cooking in two nights though. The house also offers views of the ocean upstairs and has a rooftop deck and large 4 person hot tub. We spent mornings and evenings there!the house has a large master suite and bath upstairs and 2 br and a full bath downstairs. One room has two single beds and the other a Queensland in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. .

Everything worked out just fine. Got my keys after hours. Filled out the paperwork, brought it in to the office and received nice goody bag. Thank you. House was tip top and no complaints.

We had a wonderful family reunion with the spectacular backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The rooftop hot tub was amazing for star gazing. During the day you could sit on the roof with a pair of binoculars and watch the whales going by! We walked to the beach and saw seals, and sea otters. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would never have imagined that it would all work out so perfectly. We will definitely be back.

We have always enjoyed staying in Dolphin Dreams. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and the roof top spa is an added plus.

Was very happy with the Residence. It was perfect for our family.

This property needs better maintenance. There were a lot of problems with bugs. The spa maintenance man and gardener (who needs to come on Thursdays) showed up without any warning. The disposal worked, stopped working and then started working again. Several bug screens need fixing. Blinds need to be provided for all windows. How about a toaster oven? The garage area needs major clean up. The phone equipment never seemed to work at all. At least one housekeeping per week should be provided.

The sound system is great. The internet worked well.

The Dolphin Dream was a beautiful, comfortable, vacation home! This was a perfect location for all we enjoy doing while visiting the Central Coast! From Hearst Castle, to San Simeon beach, to shopping in SLO....and of course dinner at our favorite spot...The Sea Chest everything was fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at A Dolphin Dreams. The house is very comfortable. We loved the view from the roof in the hot tub. We will return.

It was a pleasant experience to stay at this place. The reservation was easy and the staff Linda was helpful. The location is great and perfect as part of beautiful Cambria. It's very close and easy access to beach and tide pool area. The weather was a little chilly and windy, that we preferred not to soak in the hot tub located on the penthouse. Cambria is always beautiful and enjoyable, and this place makes it perfect. The ocean can be seen from every direction, and the balcony is perfect for watching the sunset. Quiet and nice neighborhood. I wish I can stay longer than just 3 night.
