What a great home for my family of 6!
Had a wonderful time. Close enough to Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach to walk back and forth.
Plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the cool weather and the great ocean view. Sunsets always a treat

We have been vacationing in Cambria for several years. This house was by far the best house we stayed in. The house has everything we needed & the location was fabulous!! We already booked the house for our trip next year & we can't wait!!!

Happy with the house, stay here every year. However it is time for mattresses updates.

We were a family of 4 that rented this beautiful home for 3 nights during the kids' spring break this past week. The home is warm, welcoming and well stocked in every which way with gorgeous views of the ocean and within walking distance of Shamel Park and Moonstone Beach. We enjoyed our stay overall and hope to be back very soon!

This house is clean, spacious, and has a great view. I would recommend it!

Rented this property with five friends for a bicycling weekend. Perfect! Plenty of sleeping space, well equipped kitchen, no problems at all.

I had everything I needed in this house while I worked remotely. It had a desk that I was able to use for work - I brought my computer and dual monitors and it fit well. I was very comfortable the entire time. I enjoyed being so close to Moonstone for daily sunrise and sunset walks. The house it very spacious and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed the fireplace and curling up in the living room for movies. I was able to meal prep my food with everything provided in the kitchen. While I didn't use 2 of the bedrooms, they were very nice and had a lot of extra blankets available. If my work allows another extended remote work, I will definitely return.

This is our second vacation at this home/rental. Great location. Literally walking distance to ocean and Shamel Park. Great location to Cambria for shopping, restaurants and short drive to Hearst Castle and many more beaches with great walking paths.

Our rental was really clean and well stocked. (Furniture a little worn) . We will stay again.

Great place, great location

We wanted a nice quiet getaway where we would be close to the ocean and able to go on walks/hikes. That is exactly what we got! This home was perfect for our party of 6! It was spacious, comfortable and perfectly located. The check in/out process was easy. We will be back!

Everything was great...

This home was in a perfect location. Literally walking distance to the beach and ocean. Walking distance to the town. We used the gas fireplace every morning and night. The weather was absolutely perfect. Could have used more short sleeve shirts. We had such a great stay, we have already made reservations for Thanksgiving 2021. Great family house.

We had a 3-night stay at the house, just as the state implemented further Covid-19 restrictions. With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, we had plenty of space to minimize contact and exposure with each other while in the house. The house appeared to be very clean when we checked in, and we wiped down and sanitized all areas as a precaution. The bedrooms are on the lower level, while the upper level is the kitchen and living room, and the balcony provides an ocean view. You can park 2 vehicles in the garage, but it was a tight fit. Location is near Shamal Park and the Bluff Trail walk. Cambria has implemented strict Covid guidelines for outdoor dining, and some outdoor activities. There were a few minor things (slow draining lav sink, light fixtures that did not work), reported to SCPM when we left. Contactless check-in and check-out procedure, very efficient.

rental process fine, no problems. Property is worn, tired looking. A little dirty, needs good thorough cleanin, inside and out. Backyard not usable, dirty, unkempt,furniture dirty. Otherwise okay for rental. View better than shown online, so that was a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cambridge house! It was clean, spacious, and we slept so comfortably! I wish we could have stayed 2 more nights but we will be back.

Super enjoyable and satisfying vacation. This house is great, the location is great with all the necessary amenities to make it comfortable and fun.We traveled with our daughter and her twin 3 year old toddlers and they had a fantastic time, they enjoyed walking to the park and beach everyday, and they absolutely loved the house. This is a place we will be returning to very, very soon.

This home was very comfortable. The views were awesome. The home was clean and tidy. The location is perfect by the beach, town and hiking paths. You can even watch the sunset from the living room! It’s a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful summer vacation in this home, the sunsets from the balcony were epic! The location cannot be beat and the beds were all comfy. The home could use a little TLC and some new couches, but it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

This is the second time I have stayed in the house. It will not be the last. I need a pet free home and this is one of few in Cambria. Always a pleasure to stay here.

This home was very clean and had an abundance of items needed to make our stay relaxing and fun. There was an ample supply of linens and bath towels. The kitchen was well-stocked as well. We were able to walk through the neighborhood to the fabulous trails on Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. It was just a short walk to Shamel Park and the beach from the home. We enjoyed this relaxing location and home.

Nice home with large table to seat all for meals and games. All bedrooms are downstairs so might not be best for loved ones with problems walking or climbing stairs.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had pantry items which was very nice.

We wanted to get away from the summer heat and found it cool and quiet here. It was foggy a few days, but when the fog lifts, it's great. It's just a few blocks away from a nice little cove with a bench. My mom loved it there. We were able to see whale spouting off in the distance and otters in the cove.
The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs deck was a great place to have the morning coffee or watch the sunset. Too bad the neighbor's tree blocks a lot of the view. I would recommend that the owners replace the BBQ on the deck with a gas one fairly soon. A nice big table was used for meals and games. It does need some refinishing. I did notice that some of the decorations on the walls in the photos were taken down and in storage. It took a little figuring out how to get the TV to work. The input needs to be on the setting below the TV setting. The back yard could also use a little upgrading.
