Winnie’s Place sits atop Happy Hill with distant ocean views. This contemporary house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms…perfect for a family or one or two couples. You will appreciate the clean feeling of hardwood floors throughout the house, along with marble counter tops in the kitchen. There are two fireplaces – a gas fireplace in the living room and an electric fireplace in the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom is on the second floor, with a King bed and bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with two twins in one and a Queen bed in the other. The twin bedroom opens to a bathroom with a shower and the Queen bedroom opens to a bathroom with a tub and shower.

The living room has cable TV and a DVD player, along with two sofas and chairs. This room opens to the kitchen which is fully stocked with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, juicer, coffee grinder, mixer, electric skillet, Belgian waffle maker, blender, spices, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses and more. The table seats six, and expands with a hidden leaf to seat eight. There is a deck off the living room with an umbrella table and four chairs, and you can hear the crashing of the surf in the distance. It's a lovely place to enjoy the sun set over the ocean.

There are two informative folders for guests: one has brochures, etc. from local restaurants, galleries, shops, etc. with some of Winnie’s choices and comments. The other folder tells you all about appliances and how everything works in the house. This house has WiFi and unlimited long distance phone service throughout the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. The washer/dryer and an electric BBQ, as well as two folding beach chairs, are in the garage. The garage is not open for guest parking use, but there is room for at least three cars to park off the street. TOT#6000744

    The house was adorable. I have stayed in several rentals and this one was by far the best equipped. It had extras such as soap, extra towels, and a very well equipped kitchen. The deck was a perfect place to have dinner and enjoy the sunset. The stars at night were beautiful. I would highly recommend this house.

    The home was exactly as described and more. Completely stocked with all you could think of. Home was absolutely spotless. We even had deer come up in the morning and eat a few leaves.
