This home offers stunning panoramic views of whitewater surf on Moonstone Beach, Hearst Ranch and historic Cambria Pines. You’ll never tire of the breathtaking views from the Wraparound deck, kitchen, dining, great room and master bedroom. The entire Northwest corner of this house offers these stunning views! You will love the extraordinarily comfortable sectional sofa by the cozy fireplace in the nautical great room, with plenty of seating for everyone. Two comfy chairs sit in the bay window for whale watching (binoculars supplied). The entertainment area is set up for your own music source, a Blu-Ray player, and a flat screen, ‘smart’ TV. The master bedroom boasts night views of the Piedras Blancas lighthouse beam and sounds of the pounding surf. There is a Cal King bed, and another flat screen TV. The upstairs guest room has two twin beds, with beautiful nautical-themed bedding. Make your way downstairs to the den and entertainment area, with DVD player and TV. There is a full size sofa which pulls out to a comfy sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms downstairs have queen beds, and are beautifully decorated. One of the bedrooms accesses the garden sitting area. If you enjoy cooking, you will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen (dishes, flatware, gadgets, cooking tools, serving dishes, etc.), enabling you to prepare a delicious and memorable meal for up to ten. Every one of your guests dining with you will enjoy the same stunning views while sitting at the table. Just outside the dining room you’ll find a charbroil Propane BBQ, gassed up and ready for your meal cooked on the deck. The home is conveniently located a half mile from the town of Cambria. There you can enjoy wine tasting, great restaurants, and a variety of unique shops. San Simeon hiking trails, the Fiscalini Ranch bluff trails, kayaking, the Elephant Seal preserve, and extensive Central Coast wine tasting is a short drive away. GUEST POLICIES -- SHORT TERM
SCENIC COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

1. CHECK-IN TIME: After 3 p.m.                                             

    LATE or EARLY check-in by prior arrangement only.

             2. CHECK-OUT TIME: By 11:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
   
UPON DEPARTURE: Please follow the directions outlined in your check-in agreement.


3. RATES:  All rental prices are quoted on a daily or weekly basis and do not include applicable tax and fees.  A 12% Transient Occupancy Tax is applicable to all homes in Cambria.

9% Transient Occupancy Tax ( TOT )
2%  Business Improvement District Tax  ( BID )
1% Tourism Marketing District ( TMD )

The weekly rate is calculated at 6 times the nightly rate – 7th night is FREE. A $49.00 processing fee is required on all reservations.  An optional non-refundable Damage Waiver at the cost of $35 will be charged at the time of booking. The Damage Waiver waves your responsibility for accidental damage to the property itself up to $1000. This Damage Waiver does NOT waive responsibility for intentional damage, excessive cleaning, or payment of fines. If you choose to opt out of the damage waiver a $500 security deposit will be required at the time of booking. A Damage Waiver is not available for bookings of 30 days or more, or bookings with pets. The online booking defaults to the minimum # of guest and does not include cleaning, fees and tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

4. CLEANING: Cleaning is charged as an extra and payable prior to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning charges will be charged to your credit card on file.

5. PAYMENTS: An advance rent deposit of $250 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $450 for bookings over $600 is required at booking. We need to have a credit card on file and we accept Visa/MC. Balance may be paid at arrival.
Personal checks need to be received 2 weeks before arrival.  $30 fee for any returned checks

6. CANCELLATION: On cancellations made outside of 60 days before arrival, you will lose $150. For cancellations made inside of 60 days before arrival, you will lose the entire deposit.

7. OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS: Occupancy MUST NOT EXCEED number stated in either the occupancy agreement or the description of each rental unit.  NO LARGE PARTIES PERMITTED IN ANY HOMES Should you misrepresent your group or gather too many people not registered at the home we can deny occupancy and NO REFUND will be given.

8. FURNISHINGS: DO NOT rearrange any furnishings.

9. PETS: An additional nightly fee of $10 per dog is charged on pet friendly homes and a$500 Security Deposit required. If bringing a Pet, the Pet Polices are required to be signed as part of the Occupancy Agreement. See Pet Policies below.
 
10. KEYS & REMOTES: Will be provided upon check-in and must be returned to our office at checkout. A $10 fee for each lost key. A $100 fee for lost remotes.

11. SMOKINGNO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME.

12. REPAIRS: Notify our office IMMEDIATELY should anything in the home break or need attention.  Every effort will be made to correct any needed repairs as soon as possible. Scenic Coast Property Management does not provide refunds for power outages, cable, internet, cellular service, hot tubs, or any other appliances or amenities that are not working.

13. TELEPHONES:  Unlimited local calls only.  NO long distance phone usage is permitted.  Please provide your own credit card or purchase a pre-paid phone card to place long distance calls.

PET POLICY

  1. Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (including Parvo and lyme disease)
  2. Pets must be flea-free, and on a flea control program.
  3. Pets will not be left unattended in or outside of the rental home.
  4. Pets will be kept on a leash outside of the home.
  5. Pet must have current tags.
  6. Do not allow pets on furniture.  If your pet sleeps on the bed, you are required to use a protective sheet. If you fail to do this you will be charged to clean the bedspread/ comforter.
  7. No excessive barking is allowed in or outside the property.
  8. Be sure to pick up after your dog in the yard.
  9. Scenic Coast Property Management and Homeowners will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by any person or animal as a result of the guest’s pet’s behavior.

 

   DISCLAIMER:  Scenic Coast Properties shall not be held responsible for damage or injury to Occupant/s or any other  person/s - guest/s; Agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or other damages to Occupant/s or guest/s personal property that may occur on any property or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof. Occupant/s agree to hold agent and owner/s harmless for any claims of damage or injury no matter how caused.  Every effort will be made to honor your reservation, but please understand there are some situations beyond our control. Should the property be unavailable for any reason, Scenic Coast Property Management reserves the right to relocate you to another similar property or refund your deposit.
