This home offers stunning panoramic views of whitewater surf on Moonstone Beach, Hearst Ranch and historic Cambria Pines. You’ll never tire of the breathtaking views from the Wraparound deck, kitchen, dining, great room and master bedroom. The entire Northwest corner of this house offers these stunning views! You will love the extraordinarily comfortable sectional sofa in the nautical great room, with plenty of seating for everyone. Two comfy chairs sit in the bay window for whale watching (binoculars supplied). The entertainment area is set up for your own music source, a Blu-Ray player, and a flat screen, ‘smart’ TV. The master bedroom boasts night views of the Piedras Blancas lighthouse beam and sounds of the pounding surf. There is a Cal King bed, and another flat screen TV. The upstairs guest room has two twin beds, with beautiful nautical-themed bedding. Make your way downstairs to the den and entertainment area, with DVD player and TV. There is a full size sofa which pulls out to a comfy sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms downstairs have queen beds, and are beautifully decorated. One of the bedrooms accesses the garden sitting area. If you enjoy cooking, you will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen (dishes, flatware, gadgets, cooking tools, serving dishes, etc.), enabling you to prepare a delicious and memorable meal for up to ten. Every one of your guests dining with you will enjoy the same stunning views while sitting at the table. Just outside the dining room you’ll find a charbroil Propane BBQ, gassed up and ready for your meal cooked on the deck. The home is conveniently located a half mile from the town of Cambria. There you can enjoy wine tasting, great restaurants, and a variety of unique shops. San Simeon hiking trails, the Fiscalini Ranch bluff trails, kayaking, the Elephant Seal preserve, and extensive Central Coast wine tasting is a short drive away.     LATE or EARLY check-in may be made by arrangement only.
2. CHECK-OUT TIME: By 11:00 a.m. or by arrangement.
DEPARTURE: Please follow the directions outlined in your check-in agreement.

3. RATES:  All rental prices are quoted on a daily or weekly basis and do not include applicable tax and fees.  A 11% Bed Tax is applicable to all homes in Cambria. There is a $10 additional nightly rate for pet friendly homes, when you bring a pet. RENTAL WEEK: Any consecutive 7-day period. The weekly rate is calculated at 6 times the daily rate - 1 day is free.  A $39.00 processing fee is required on all reservations.   Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Some properties have seasonal rates. Please check with the office for details.

4. CLEANING: Cleaning is charged as an extra and payable prior to or at check-in along with balance due. Any excessive cleaning charges will be charged to your credit card on file.

5. PAYMENTS: Make all checks payable to Scenic Coast Properties.  A $39 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of $250 at time of booking for bookings under $600, and $450 for bookings over $600.
     PERSONAL CHECKS:  Must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival. $30 fee for any returned checks.

CANCELLATION:  If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance of arrival date, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of arrival date, you will lose your entire deposit.

MUST NOT EXCEED number stated in either the occupancy agreement or the description of each rental unit.  NO LARGE PARTIES PERMITTED IN ANY HOMES UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED WITH MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
    HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED at any of our homes. Should you misrepresent your group or gather too many      
    people not registered at the home we can deny occupancy.  In this case, NO REFUND will be given.
    SHARING A VACATION HOME:  If you are vacationing with another family or families and plan to share a vacation home  
    or book more than one home, please make sure all parties are aware of the rental policies.  In particular, those policies    
    regarding pets and smoking.

7. FURNISHINGS:  PLEASE DO NOT rearrange any furnishings.

8. PETS: An additional nightly fee of $10 per dog is charged on pet friendly homes. 

9. KEYS:  Will be provided to the property upon check-in and must be returned to our office on checkout day.  A $5 fee will be charged on all LOST KEYS.

10. SMOKING:  Please
DO NOT SMOKE inside any of the properties.  Smoking is permitted on balconies, decks or porches ONLY.

11. REPAIRS:  PLEASE notify our office IMMEDIATELY should anything in the home break or need attention.  Every effort will be made to correct any needed repairs as soon as possible.
Scenic Coast Property Management does not provide refunds for power outages, cable, internet, hot tubs, or any other amenities that are not working.

12. TELEPHONES:  Unlimited local calls only.  NO long distance phone usage is permitted.  Please provide your own credit card or purchase a pre-paid phone card to place long distance calls. Long distance is defined as any prefix except - 927 - 924  - 926.  A $10 service fee, plus any toll charges, will apply on long distance calls.

A Non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver at a cost of $35 will be charged when you make your reservation. The Security Deposit Waiver waves your responsibility for accidental damage to the property up to $1000 dollars. This Security Deposit Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning, or payment of fines. If you choose to opt out of the Security Deposit Waiver a security deposit of $500 will be required at the time booking. A Security Deposit Waiver is not available for a booking of 30 days or more.

DISCLAIMER:  Scenic Coast Properties shall not be held responsible for damage or injury to tenant/s or any other person/s - guest/s; Agent will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism or other damages to tenant/s or guest/s personal property that may occur on any property or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof. Tenant/s agree to hold agent and owner/s harmless for any claims of damage or injury no matter how caused.  Every effort will be made to honor your reservation, but please understand there are some situations beyond our control.   Should the property be unavailable for any reason, Scenic Coast Property Management reserves the right to relocate you to another similar property or refund your deposit. SCENIC COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TENANCY.
