Cambria is always a great getaway spot. The house is clean, quiet and comfortable with everything you need.

The house is clean and comfortable, has a fabulous view and a large deck to enjoy. Will come back for future vacation.

Bath towels and floor mat were in poor condition. Ripped and toren. Living room carpet needs a cleaning. No blankets provided only comforters. No dishwasder detergent or dish soap.

Beautiful sunset views - comfortable beds with very nice sheets - grateful to have a place that allowed our pup.

The home needs a new coffee maker, toaster and microwave. All 3 are very outdated. The toaster actually sparks. The coffee maker is super slow and did not pause to be able to pour. The microwave makes a really loud sound while on.

We love Cambria and this is the place we love to stay. It's dog friendly, quiet and clean with comfortable beds, a pretty well stocked kitchen and a nice deck to relax with a glass of wine.

Water pressure leaves something to be desired and fox tails in the front yard are problematic for the dog, but otherwise it's perfect!

It was a perfect house for our family of 4 and dog-plenty of room for everyone to relax. The place was dated but very clean and the views from the deck were great. Everything we needed was there. Wish it was a little closer to ocean :)

This place met our needs perfectly. The view was amazing, nice quiet neighborhood, nice seating areas, well supplied kitchen. Perfect for our friendly dog as well. We had a great time.

This property is wonderful! Beautiful home, location, and neighborhood. The place was clean, kitchen abundantly stocked with the cookware and dishes that we needed, and plenty of linens. We brought our dog, and were very pleased with how dog-friendly it was. It's one thing to be able to bring your pup for the trip, but so much better and welcoming to find extra supplies available if needed. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this rental!

This was our third time renting this property and we're very happy with everything about it. It's very quiet and comfortable. We had great weather, great meals and awesome wine tasting in Paso Robles!

Excellent view! Great beaches and restaurants nearby. I am worried about dogs getting out of the gate downstairs, the fence and gate both need maintenance.

The house has beautiful views that will not disappoint. Main living room is comfortable and clean. Bed linens and beds were great. Bathrooms were older but usable. The outside front isn’t a lawn, it’s dry tall grasses which is a detractor, especially for allergy sufferers.
Overall, a great stay, and price value was really good.

Our key decision to rent this property is the flexibility to bring our dog.

This was our first stay at the Tree Top - loved it! The view is gorgeous and the home was very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and watching the wild turkeys roam the neighborhood. We love Cambria and try to visit as often as possible. We will be back to stay at the Tree Top house!

We have been going to Cambria since the 90's and last year we rented this property for the first time. We loved it so much, we rented it again this year and will porbably rent it again next year. Great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

What a nice property! Tucked away in stately Pine Trees with wonderful Ocean views. Only a few minutes from Downtown Cambria or Moonstone Beach and just a Hop-Skip-And a Jump to Paso Robles. Very clean and roomy place. Lots of amenities and so quiet at night you can hear the crashing surf.

We had a great time at this rental property. Everything was as promised and they had everything you could ask for. The communication was great, the place is great and clean, and there wasn’t anything we can complain about. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Very relaxing area to enjoy a vacation

We were on vacation celebrating a birthday with family. This home was the perfect place for us. Very clean home, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable overall, and has a wonderful deck to watch the sunset.

Views of the mountains are exquisite! Thank you for a cozy and comfortable stay and for your lovely kitchen that opens to distant views of the ocean.

Location:wonderful neighborhood that looks out to the ocean and evnimg sunsets. Quiet streets to take a stroll and walk the dog. Lots of friendly smiling neighbors.

Property: more room,than we needed (just me,wife, dog and I) so we really just enjoued the upstairs and deck area. Well maintained and comfortably lived-in feel. Clean and well organized. Love that the focal point point being the view out the windows.
Loved the small dog run area on side of house.
Easy to use central heating system. Deck is wonderful place to do morning yoga and have afternoon tea. Love that the deck has a dog gate on it so our fur-friend could wonder in and out of the house without the risk of leaving the property.
The ping-pong table in the garge was a nice extra.

Minor Cons:
-couldnt get the (gas) fireplace to start. Luckly we didnt need it for heat. Would have added to our romatic getaway.

-a Bluetooth speaker or home stereo would have been nice. (As musicians we tend to NOT watch TV on vacation but love having our space filled with music at all times)

Overall a great place, perfect for a double date get away.

Managment company communicatuon was clear and very easy to follow no-contact check-in directions.

We spent two weeks up in Cambria to get away from our busy life in Orange County. It was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. This is probably our tenth stay in this house. It's very reasonably priced and they approve dogs which is important to us when we visit Cambria. The one disappointment id the beds. Everyday I'd wake up with unbearable lower back pain. I'm still recovering after being home for two days. The house is very well stocked with gorgeous views and feels like a second home. We love it here, just wish the bed situation could improve.

Of the 6 properties we've rented over the years of travelling to Cambria, this has been our favorite. It's a great location,clean, has a nice view from the large deck, quiet neighborhood, nice comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. It has 2 master suites which makes it a great rental for two couples.

The only downside was that the front yard was so overgrown, we could not let our dog out there because it was full of foxtails. It also would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the TV and heater (which we eventually figured out). Coffee maker needs replacing too.

We will definitely rent this house again!

This was a great house. Perfect for my family. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the best was the enclosed yard for the dog to go out in safely. Thank you for the great stay!

The house was spacious, clean and exactly as described. We cooked a lot and appreciated the well appointed kitchen. We loved this place and would recommend to all. Our dogs loved the stairs and outside area for them to do their business. They also loved the deck. Stunning treetop ocean views and the fireplace made our stay special.

The Tree Top Panorama exceeded all expectations. Fully stocked house with anything you could possibly need and a great little yard for my four legged kid. Views of the ocean, trees, deer and yes turkeys greeted us each morning. Check in was quick and easy and a gift bag to boot. Scenic Coast Property Management is fabulous to work with. Being the last minute of the busy holidays we decided to book a stay with Scenic Coast Property and it truly was a miracle they had the perfect home available for my family. We consider Cambria our home away from from and the houses we rent are truly so wonderfully charming and is exactly what we need to enjoy our time in Cambria. The staff is also pretty cool too.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. A bit farther from the beach than expected. We tried to rent a movie but there is a $10 limit, and all movies were $10.99

We used scenic coast property management for the first time and were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service we received. We chose A Beautiful Tree Top Panorama and it exceeded our expectations! Fantastic property in a quiet location with a lot of personal touches which instantly made this feel like a home from home. We didn't want for anything and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone as you won't be disappointed!

It was awesome. The location was great, the views were amazing and the only thing not stocked in the house was the food. It was close to a beautiful beach, downtown was adorable, and the dog beach was a quick drive down the road. What a perfect week we had, we will go back again and again!

WE enjoyed every minute! Storms, wind and sunshine. House stayed nice an toasty. Got to read 4 books! Beaches very close and some dog friendly.

House is very cozy and has a nice huge deck where you can enjoy the view of ocean and sunset. Of course, I did not wake up early enough for the sunrise. It is equipped with necessary items and entertainment items to make your stay convenience and enjoyable. The management company is easy to work with and accommodate the late check in. Will definitely stay again.

The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. The deck is great makes you feel very private with tremendous views.

But I found out the vet care in Cambria fantastic and top notch and most sympathetic to me and my sweet girl. The rental service has been very helpful when I request something unusual like scanning a document or letting me use an adding machine with a read out tape. I would definitely recomend both the property and Scenic Coast Properties to everyone!

This house is so set up, that even if you forget something, the house will have it. The location makes it convenient to town the highway and sights North or South. And the view is spectacular!

Nice, well-designed and decorated house with nice views of the bay and mountains. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with pet, despite only two bedrooms. Not so close to beach or Cambria villages, but a good "base" for visiting the town and other nearby attractions.
