Cozy Condo

I stay in this condo for tenth time, I like it soo much. the location is convenient to go to Cambria or Gorda, explore beaches and vineries! The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary, the bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It was great to sit with a glass of local vine near the fireplace or in outside mini-garden. I left my cell phone behind and Scenic Coast representative found it and mailed it back to me, thank you so much!

The property is conveniently located near many attractions, as beaches, trails, fine dining places and historical sites. All the amenities were in perfect condition. The kitchen was well stuffed, the beads were comfortable. We liked the fireplace and used it every evening.

We had a wonderfull time at our rental. The unit was clean and comfortable as usual, everything worked as it was supposed to work. The weather was nice too!

Water heater and Wi-Fi were inadequate. The water heater must have been turned down - could not complete a full shower. Wi-Fi was incapable of running my laptop computer.

Answers to all of the below questions were positive: 5, except for the living room furniture. I did inform you while in the condo that the photo of the living area should be changed on the website since the sofa was removed and two chairs replaced it.... not conducive to 4 guests chatting comfortably.

The condo is clean ,quiet. Check in was easy. No view but less 5 minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that is walking distance to the Beach.Very friendly neighbors. Condo otself is a little out dated but we didnt was a blast from the past. Very well stocked with all the essentials. I would book again.

The condo is packed with 1980's decor that at first overwhelmed and created a challenge to fit ourselves in. The kitchen is well stocked, the closets spacious, the location 2 blocks from teh beach, close to the elephant seals, Moonstone Beach and Cambria and not far at all from Morrow Bay and Cayucos. Many wonderful places to hike are nearby.

It was a lovely vacation and the condo was reasonable and clean. A bit 1980's retro (mauve and slate blue) it had everything we needed and the location was close to many of the things we enjoy.

The house is very nice and warm. Everything works, kitchen is well equipped, check in is easy. I stayed there second time for this summer.

The property was very cute, and comfortable!

This townhouse was very comfortable for 3 adults. We did have to move 1 armchair so all 3 of us could watch tv Directv on demand was too slow to load a movie. and internet was sometimes slow or not even working. Everything else worked but the coffeemaker was extremely slow, 1 hour to brew 8 cups.

This was a very cute, clean and quaint condo. The decor sets you back to the 80's! The kitchen is small but it had everything we needed for our cooking needs. FYI!!! beware of getting locked out, ha ha ha, we went out to unpack the car and both doors had locked on us! But a very nice gentleman was out to let us in very quickly!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This rental is very convenient for us in visiting family members who live in Cambria.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. The property was well maintained with a full- sized 'frig and stove, a kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, cutlery and stoneware dinnerware. A full sized washer and dryer were very helpful during a week long stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very good sized and comfortable. This was a fantastic deal for us.
