This lovely, spacious home is perfect for a quiet respite from the busy life. It is situated in a quaint, sunny neighborhood on Park Hill. There's so many peaceful, restorative things to do at this property: enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and a good book on the back deck, watch the moon rise over the ocean, sit in front of a fire, and enjoy a glass of one of our local wines. Town is just across the Highway, with fabulous restaurants, art museums, local crafts stores, and elegant specialty shops. Harmony Cellar's is 3 miles south serving great local wine, and don't forget to visit the Pottery & glass blower shops. Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal sanctuary are a few miles north. So much to do, enjoy, return to time and again.

We enjoyed our 3month winter stay at this super clean remodel.A great spot for the two of us and our dog.We LOVED the upgrading bedding and the large master and the occasional guest that visited.Every thing was there including coffee for the the first day.The hostess graciously sent a welcome box full of wonderful treats.
There is no yard which seems to be the norm in this neighborhood,but adequate deck space.
On the occasion when there was a malfunction coastal was there within a half hour.All appliances were new It was a real bonus to have the updated fireplace to take the chill off.
All tech features worked flawlessly. Thanks for a great stay

I spent a month here in the summer and found the home to be a wonderful respite which is just what I needed at the time. Skylights, colorful watercolor paintings on the walls, made it bright and cheerful. The beds were super comfortable, towels were luscious. It was well stocked from bathrooms to kitchen. The gas fireplace would take the chill off in the mornings. Lovely neighborhood to walk my dog. Proximity to to the beach and Fiscalani Ranch trails were appreciated. It’s a quiet neighborhood and a peaceful retreat.
