Whether you are planning a peaceful couple’s getaway or an active family vacation, this is a wonderful direct oceanfront home on popular Moonstone Beach for you to enjoy. Spectacular180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean & Coastline that surrounds this 3 bedroom; 2 bath home. Renovated, new LVP wood look floors, primary bathroom updated tile, tub, vanities, etc. The living area faces the sea, capturing white water, full ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. The front deck overlooks the Boardwalk, the ocean and has a BBQ on the deck too. A family room on the first floor provides space for families to spread out and relax. Gaze at people surfing, enjoying the boardwalk, and even passing whales when the season is right. This home is within walking distance to dinner at Sea Chest or Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill, or just a short 2 blocks to the West Village. Close by is Leffingwell Landing, Tidepools, Elephant Seals, Lighthouse, Hearst Castle, and the beach. You may even spot some migrating whales! This is our second time we stay in this beautiful place. We so enjoy sitting on the balcony with our coffee or meal watching the waves and feeling the ocean breeze. beautiful mornings and sunsets.
We love the closeness to the boardwalk so we can just walk across the street to get on the boardwalk which is a perfect place to stroll and take pictures. the house is very comfortable and loaded with all the necessities and then some.
We'll be back next year.

This is a perfect house if you want to view the water and stay on Moonstone Drive. It is a wonderfully appointed home with all of the amenities you need. Highly recommended.

I have rented from Scenic Coast for years with much overall success.
This rental was new on the market and it is not quite ready for Seniors.
There is a large house next door under construction. Noise begins at 7:00 am. Advice should be given to renters
The shower upstairs needs some kind of handrail and a caddy.
The bed downstairs has a broken frame under the mattress.
Kimberly was wonderful in assisting with the WiFi outage the first day.
The location and views are wonderful. We used the kitchen extensively and found it adequate. All of our comments are made in the hope of improving the rental.

Everything was great.. the upstairs shower tho would be nice if it had handicap bars installed incase you have an elderly or handicap person trying to take a shower and also there is no where for soap or shampoo to be left in that shower.. needs a shower caddy maybe? That’s the one area it could improve.. thanks

The house not only offers incredible views, but it is well laid out and appointed for its guests. House is as described, and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Steps from the boardwalk and ocean, and close to town, shops, restaurants and other local and area attractions.
The location could hardly be closer to the ocean! Outstanding views of the ocean and life along the boardwalk.
Ample space in the house - we did not even use the downstairs living area.
