Amazing View Newly Remodeled L2 EV Charger

We had a great stay in this home. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view with deer and turkeys in the foreground. Everything was clean and both levels were updated/ remodeled. Some things to be aware of that did not really affect us were that there was no dishwasher or garbage disposal, the lower apartment had a musty smell even though a fan was on high when we arrived, the lower bathroom did not have a working fan, and the only source of heat in the lower unit seemed to be the fireplace in the bedroom. Both beds were comfortable and the windows/ sliding doors allowed for good air circulation. It was perfect for two couples.

This house was wonderful! The views are fantastic, we loved hearing the sea lions. Bring binoculars so that you can truly enjoy seeing them up close. There is a rock in the distance where they hang out.

This home has all the things you will need to enjoy your stay. From paper products to shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. the hosts have thought of everything. The house is very clean.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, lots of deer and birds that visit the yard. Pretty landscaping as well.

Having two separate units was nice for our family of adult children.

The location was perfect for visiting Hearst Castle, seeing elephant seals, Morro Bay, and driving north as far as possible on route 1.

Favorite restaurant - Linn's - the food and atmosphere are fantastic! Farm to table and so fresh, the best dinner I've had in a long time.

We would definitely stay here again if doing another central coast vacation.

The house was very comfortable and clean however I hope the owners will switch to fragrance free laundry soaps as the sheets and towels were extremely chemical fragranced and as a person alergic to fragrances I needed to wash them (twice!) in vinegar to get the fragrances out enough to sleep in them.

We have enjoyed spending time in Cambria for many years. We love and appreciate all the beauty in this part of God's beautiful creation: the peace and quiet, the wildlife, walking on the bluffs, and just being near the ocean and hearing the surf.
This house, while not large, suits us perfectly. It is always very clean and the owners are constantly making improvements. We are able to take daily walks to the ocean from it and the view is beautiful.
The microwave is located quite high and shorter people may have a hard time reaching it.

The ocean view from this home is spectacular. The home is 2 separate units, upstairs has 1 small bedroom and downstairs has a small kitchen bath and a large bedroom. The downstairs smelled so bad we were unable to use it. They had an air filter going full time and we cracked the windows hoping that would help but it didn't. There is a futon in the upstairs living room so if you need 2 beds it works. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Even with all the home's shortcomings, the ocean view was more than worth it to us.

The upper story of the house was comfortable. The living/dining room, the bedroom, and the bathroom were quite adequate for the size of the house. The kitchen was also acceptable with a new set of pots and pans and enough utensils to provide for the great deal of cooking we enjoyed doing during our stay. I must say that unless you are of fair height you might have a problem using the microwave: however, it was better to have it than not. All-in-all, we found the house both clean and well maintained. The downstairs apartment is a quite inviting and wonderful set of rooms for weekend guests.
We enjoyed several of the walking paths within a 15-20 minute drive from the house, as well as trips to San Simeon and the "must see" elephant seal beach---enough to make anyone giggle at the grossness. We have previously gone on the guided lighthouse tour. It was well done and was worth the price of admission. We also enjoyed the Friday farmers market in Cambria and the Thursday version at Spencer's Market between Cayucos and Morro Bay. Coming from frozen Minnesota, we welcomed a chance to buy local produce and artisan foods. Restaurants were certainly available, but we did most of our own cooking. We did frequent Boni's Tacos several times, and have enjoyed Linn's and Robin's as well.
We also got to experience a rare 3-day-10-inch rain storm that doused the power for periods of time---though nothing too inconvenient for the needed water.
All in all, we were sorry to leave.

Great location for the view, house was very clean and comfortable. 70s house that has been mostly nicely cosmetically upgraded, except for the showerheads which are the old style low flow ones issued about 20 years ago., and the super low toilet and sink upstairs. Understood that water is precious, but the showerhead spray was actually painful, and my husband related it to being "sandblasted" by water. Please consider making that small upgrade, as that was my only complaint.

Location and ocean view were excellent. Well stocked with supplies. However, the downstairs bedroom unit had such a musty smell that we could not tolerate.

The best feature of this house by far is the beautiful view, and that does make up for a lot. It does have an unusual layout with the two floors being completely separate, and we knew that when we rented it. It would be ideal for two couples or a family with teens, but it was just my husband and me. The kitchen and bedroom upstairs are pretty small, but the main living area and dining room are nice and comfortable. If the main floor had a bigger bedroom with a king bed we would definitely rent it again.

My husband and I loved this house. Beautiful view, very clean, updated and pleasant.

Went over there with a couple of our friends for the 4th of July week. This is the second time that we have stayed at the property. We really love the property because it has two separate entrances hat it is completely private. It really had a good time and has described it has absolutely magnificent views. The property is nice and clean. Wish it had dishwasher and garbage disposal otherwise it is more than sufficient. We definitely plan to come back.

We had a very nice stay but had we known upfront about the 2nd bedroom downstairs we would have chosen another house. We ended not using it at all. But views were incredible! I would suggest installing a hand rail in the en suite shower. It was a little nerve wracking for older people.

My two adult daughters and I stayed at this property and loved the view of the ocean. It was so peaceful and quiet there. Enjoyed seeing all the deer around the nearby properties too.

Top floor is clean and comfortable, and the open space plan and plentiful windows means you get the view from everywhere except the bedroom. The view is practically 180 degrees of Pacific Ocean, and is spectacular. The bottom floor is composed of a spacious bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. Bottom floor bedroom has a sliding glass door with a great view as well. Only exterior stairway access between the two floors, which makes the two floors very separate/private. You can access the coast via a nearby park, which is a 2 minute drive. Very close and easy access to Main Street and the East and West Villages. Driveway seems to have space for two vehicles. Check in at the office in town before heading to the house was a little inconvenient, but minor.

The view from the house is amazing, which was prime importance to us. The walk down to the coast is not far, but it is steep climb coming back up. You do have to drive out for everything. There are no restaurants or shopping within a reasonable distance. We took a hike from the house across the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and all the way to Moonstone Beach. That was awesome.
Inside the furnishings are a bit on the older side, but they were fine. The biggest negative for us were the beds. It was just my husband and me, and we thought we would just use the upstairs and not bother with the master downstairs ( which others accurately described as having to go outside to get in it). But the bed upstairs was very soft and uneven. It was just not acceptable. So we also tried downstairs. It iseems to be a fairly new mattress, but hard and needs a padded mattress topper, which I think would make it much better. We were there 6 nights, and the beds were a big negative. Also I think the description says it sleeps 6. The last 2 sleeping spots seemed to be on a futon in the living room. Would be ok for kids, but I think 6 adults staying there would not be comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all the dishes and pans that we needed. Plus they all matched, which sounds silly, but we have stayed in other places where glasses and dishes all were a mishmash of stuff. We were there 6 nights, and it was peaceful and relaxing. You could hear the surf breaking, which I loved. And there were deer meandering around the yard.

We had a lovely week in this very well-appointed rental. Nice neighborhood for walking and ocean viewing. Easy car access to Cambria's main street and beaches.

We stayed 6 days at this home in Cambria with a truly breathtaking view of the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular. The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed walks along the coast in Fiscalini Ranch Preserve but had to drive to get there because of the steep hillside location. We also enjoyed Moonstone Beach, a short drive away and the Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill, overlooking the ocean. There were a couple of inconveniences that are worth noting: the kitchen is very small and there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal and the king size bedroom is on the lower level and you must walk outside and take the key to enter. I would recommend as long as someone is prepared for he inconveniences mentioned.

It was a very adorable home, and an even more adorable town. We loved waking up to a such a beautiful view, and really enjoyed seeing the deer roam in the morning.
The stars at night were absolutely beautiful, although we were very disappointed when we seen the telescope was just for show and we couldnt use it.
Enjoyed going into town, the whole community was very warm and welcoming.
the only Cons I had with my whole stay was having to go outside to get to the Master Bedroom, but the serenity of Cambria quickly made up for it. I loved the stay loved the views! I also recommend visiting a National Park Such as Yosemite :)

Came for our 38th anniversary April 2 to 6th.
Comfortable clean home, well stocked. Issues with fireplace lighting on 2nd Bedroom (studio) master. Called office regarding husbands cell phone left there, have not heard as of today, April 8th. Glorious sunsets. Did not care for separate entrance down stairs to Master Bedroom. Tripped on small step to front of house, more than once. Not adequately marked.

Great couples weekend! This is a house with one bedroom connected to a small apartment with one bedroom. Both have great views. Perfect for a two couple getaway or taking teens along. May not work if you are taking small children because they would be in a completely separate area with its own entrance. It was perfect for us!

It was a very pleasant stay with our friends.The view is actually breathtaking. We were traveling for the 1st time with our friends and the completely separate quarters were great. My wife and I have been coming to Cambria for the last 30 years and this was the 1st time we came during 4th and had a great time enjoying all the festivities. We have stayed in many different properties run by Scenic Coast and have to complement the EXCELLENT job done by the cleaning staff on all our stays. We look forward to coming back during Christmas.

Property was as described. However we did not like having the second bedroom outside down the stairs. Main house was clean and view was fantastic! There is no garbage disposal or dishwasher. No cell service from home.
There was an odor in the downstairs like previous mold. Foggy days the walls (stone) were wet. However the view and decoration are gorgeous.
