Awesome House, Awesome Views

This is my 4th year renting this beautiful home.

Very clean home. Walkable to the beach, the west side of Cambria and the paths in Fiscalini Ranch. The home is spacious and comfortable for 2 couples. Great ocean views and breezes from the house!

This house made a wonderful vacation stay for us with two window walls in the living area with wonderful ocean views. The house was spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, and is well-supplied with towels and toilet paper. The proximity to Hwy 1 was no problem as it is very quiet at night and we slept with windows open in the bedroom. It was very convenient to be able to use the garage for parking and home access. Online photos of the house described it well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home with an amazing view, our second visit. . The Home was immaculate and has a very welcoming decor. . We’re puzzled by (2) things. The Master Bedroom should have Screens on the Windows. Also perplexed that there were (5) Jumbo Trash Barrels in the Driveway. As well we arrived on a Sunday, left on Thursday. Every neighbor leaves their ( empty) yes empty Trash Barrels at the end of their Driveway. Who does that and why ?
Is there a neighborly dispute going on with some one who won’t move their Barrels in a timely manner so now no one does ?
I have never seen that anywhere ??

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, well stocked and the split level bedroom layout was perfect for two adult couples. The view from the living room and deck was amazing! The location was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and walkable to Moonstone Beach. Property management was responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again when in Cambria.

This is our 2nd time renting with Scenic Coast Property Management. Everything went smoothly. We left a jacket behind by accident which they found and offered to mail to us which was above and beyond. Thank you.

The rental was spotlessly clean (even in the garage) and the views were outstanding. The home was better in person than in the photos. It's perfect for 2 couples or people with children over 6-yrs of age since the a bedroom and office with sofa bed is on the lower level (ground level) and the primary bedroom is on the top floor. There are 4 bathrooms and plenty of space in all the rooms. The fenced yard has a lovely garden and patio too. If you walk to the north side of Moonstone Beach, there are fun places to dine with ocean views. Cambia is a nice town to wander through and the grocery store is well stocked. Hiking in this area is amazing!

Third time staying in this home. Perfect for one or two couples. House is very well equipped. We love how well the kitchen is equipped. We tend to cook instead of going out. I’m already planning my next two visits! My husband and I have been visiting Cambria for 35 years. It never disappoints. Only one small issue the TV is a bit challenging.

The property management company neglected to tell is the water main was being replaced right outside the bedroom at 8:30am. I called to get info, but no response. The workers rangthe doorbell the next day. We weren't expecting anyone. Should we answer the door? They explained what was happening. Next time I rent vrbo, I'll ask about construction projects. This never happened before.

This was my second time staying in this home, and would highly recommend, beautiful home with panoramic view, and very comfortable home for the week I spent here.

Terrific Home, great Views. However the Neighbor behind this Home have (2) Poodle/Terriers that barked at anything every 35 minutes. The Home in question is the large Dark Wood Home to the left of the Vrbo at 605 Wellington. We would never stay in this Home again because of the Barking.

Been coming to Cambria for years. SCP’s has the best homes in the best locations. Homes are always immaculately clean and well appointed. This home was close to everything. The views were amazing! It was great for just the two of us. It felt very homey! We appreciate the owners who make their available to rent. Thank you!
The fireplaces did not work, though. We like a fire in the morning and evening. Only 2 of the electrical outlets above the kitchen counter worked. Screens on the bedroom windows would be nice so windows could be left open to get a nice breeze and to hear the ocean at night.

This house was perfect for the 5 of us very roomy, open floor plan, everything you need is there . Great location very quiet area and the home was very clean . Would diffidently rent again !

We enjoyed the view, the layout (with an upstairs/downstairs bedroom option it is great for two couples), it was clean and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet and the location perfect for enjoying Cambria, the beach and San Simeon.

A well appointed house with all the modern conveniences. The upstairs master bedroom is huge with a double sink bathroom with separate shower and tub. The family room has beautiful windows that allow unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen is modern.

This home is extremely comfortable, very clean and within a five minute drive to Moonstone Beach and the West Village. It was nice to park in the garage and just use the remote when coming and going. The bed was extremely comfortable. The master bath was roomy and the shower was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

Second time staying in this house and it was in even better shape this time. Two masters on separate levels makes it a wonderful spot to share with another couple.

Great place to go to, but also get away from the wineries of Paso, and after more than 30 years of visiting Cambria we still love it.

Don't miss Robin's restaurant — never fails to impress.

Lovely home with gorgeous views. Ocean view from the kitchen was a plus. The home is clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

Clean , classy, and comfy is how I always describe staying here to my friends. I love this house with its awesome views abs convenient location to the beach and restaurants. We have stayed here multiple times and are never disappointed. Scenic Coast Property Management has worked with us on checking in early sometimes staying late they are super flexible.

Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds and we'd definitely stay here again.

Living room may be in transition and layout of furniture with seating pushed away from each other and back toward the walls is very odd, but will be curious to see in the future.

Only maintenance issues were very minor: banisters in entry were sticky and a couple of light bulbs need to be replaced.

Overall, an outstanding property.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The only thing I would recommend is to have some aluminum foil, saran wrap and zip lock bags for the renter to use. Also, the mattress pad cover down stairs for the pull out couch had some weird stains, so my daughter refused to use it. It just needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was great.

We stay at same house every year and it’s like home!!! Perfect location, quiet and lovely views. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Even during Covid the stay was wonderful.

This place was awesome! Views are even better than in the pictures. The only sad part was leaving. Would highly recommend this home.

We have been going to Cambria annually for about 25 years., the past 10 staying at Awesome House Awesome views. It is so very comfortable, clean, has everything we need(Keurig would be nice) close to beach and town. The view from living room is amazing!! Scenic Coast Properties are professional and very accommodating. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This place is perfect in every way. The home is beautiful and spotless, with an awesome view. Has everything you need for a comfortable and joyful getaway. We’ll definitely be back.

Our second time using Scenic Coast and we were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout and updated features of this house. It was in a great location, had panoramic ocean views, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, strong Wifi signal, and an easy to use TV.

This rental was perfect for our family! So much room for the kids to play and love the deck off the living room we got to enjoy every morning. Even though there was street work being done on the highway it did not disturb us at all! We will be back to stay at this home again!!

We had a great time! The views are incredible, as is the location. The beds are very comfortable. Only suggestion (warning) is that the water is turned way too hot! It could easily scald an unsuspecting guest, of any age.

We always travel with another couple, and usually stay in Paso Robles. This Thanksgiving we decided to try something different and rent a house in Cambria. What a great decision! The house was exactly what we needed with two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a powder room. Big kitchen with everything we needed, and a great view of the ocean. At night, we could listen to the waves crash onto the beach as we made dinner and sipped wine. It was absolutely ideal. The house was clean, well appointed, and easy to get to. Best of all, only about 20 minutes from the wineries of Paso!

Clean and large open spaces with great views of ocean. Location is within walking distance of Moonstone Beach and downtown Cambria.

Have been going to Cambria over 20 years, every year. Scenic Coast Properties has always been our fabulous management group. The hometown atmosphere, good, sops and really kind people make Cambria worth the drive. Renting a house almost makes me believe I am a local for those days!!!

Our family has been going to Cambria every year for about 20 years. We started by staying at hotels on Moonstone and then found Scenic Coast Properties and have never regretted it. Our housing experience with them has proven to be just what we needed. Professional and accommodating. Our only source of rental property going on 15 years.

This was our 43rd wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time spending the week watching the Cambria sunrises and sunsets!

My family had the privilege of staying at this home for 5 days, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and had amenities galore. Perfect location to visit Hearst Castle, Ragged Point, Morro Bay and beyond. I have rented many vacation homes and this one was by far the most luxurious and clean! I'm a bit of a clean freak and I tell you the garage floor was spotless!! We were very happy and we all had a wonderful time here with the beautiful views of the beach! The short car ride to the beach was our kids delight as well! We hope to visit again soon! Thanks so much for making the rental experience so easy!

Every review was spot on. The house was perfect for our family reunion . We had 6 adults and the accommodation was ideal. Loved the view, the location (close to everything in Cambria) , and the large common areas including a large deck with 270 degree views. The home was extremely well stocked and clean.

There were a number of light bulbs that were out. The light above the stove in the vent has very tricky to turn on. The rheostat probably needs replacing. The key to the front door doesn't work on the lock on the door leading to the garage. The blind in the door leading to the deck couldn't be lowered which allowed blinding sunlight to come into the dining room and kitchen in the hours leading up to sunset. The switch on the desk lamp in the lower level didn't work well. The linens were very strongly scented from the laundry soap and/or dryer sheets. This was a problem for my wife who is chemically sensitive. There were window screens on a few windows, but it would have been better if there were a few more with screens. The living room seemed to be lacking in furniture so it gave the room an empty feel.

The view from the living area is very lovely. It was very easy to access the main areas in Cambria and highway 1. The property management staff were very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the help loading our luggage up the stairs when we arrived. There was a problem with our original reservation (skunk), but the staff worked with us to find a replacement house. We want to thank them very much.

Cambria is my heaven. Awesome House Awesome view is perfection! Wish theyd take pity on me and give me the House!! Lol. It feels like home and I hate leaving!!

Close to town with a lot of Wine tasting places to go to. I am sure we will use this house in the future. One of our best weeks in Cambria.

We stayed at "Awesome House, Awesome Views" for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The house was lovely and well furnished and Cambria is a gem of a town. We definitely would come back!
